As a therapist, this quote speaks volumes as I do believe that great change comes from working through the daily struggles that we experience. Through a compassionate, non judgemental and collaborative approach, I will provide you the tools to guide you toward healing and enhancing resilience.

With previous experiences in community organizations as a social worker, I have extensive experience working with a variety of mental health issues. The treatment modalities that I utilise in my practice includes EMDR, CBT, DBT and Narrative therapy.
